PRESS RELEASE
Tysons, Virginia October 22, 2014 – The Vineyard at Borgo Medioevale has been rewarded by nature with a bountiful harvest season, and it is ready to share the “fruits” of it with the local community during the Tysons Fall Harvest, located in Tysons, Virginia. The vineyard continues throughout the fall season to deliver its healthy and scrumptious Muscadine products to local communities up and down the east coast.
The Vineyard at Borgo Medioevale is thrilled to have its Muscadine products among some of the finest and freshest harvested products available for purchase at the Tysons Fall Harvest event. The Vineyard’s recent bountiful harvest will allow Borgo to continue crafting delicious Muscadine products throughout 2015. Some of the Muscadine products you can expect to see and sample from The Vineyard at Borgo Medioevale during the Tysons Fall Harvest are whole hull preserves, ciders, vinaigrette salad dressing and barbecue sauce. The vineyard creates these spectacular culinary creations using freshly harvested Muscadine grapes, picked at the peak of ripeness. Both The Vineyard’s Carlos and Noble variety Muscadines have added exceptional flavor to kitchens all over the United States.
"The Tysons Fall Harvest is a wonderful autumn event, where the local community can experience a culinary treat not usually found within its local geographical area. The Vineyard’s staff is even more delighted knowing that the community has the chance to experience how truly dynamic Muscadine grapes are in both food products and beverages," said Dr. Lucinda Cassamassino DiFalco, Founder, CEO and President of LC Development, LLC., the company that manages the vineyard property.
The vineyard takes great pride in bringing forth the complexity of both the Noble and Carlos variety of Muscadine grapes, and in doing so in an eco-friendly way. The Vineyard at Borgo Medioevale is known throughout the industry for its environmentally-friendly practices and abides by the strict standards of continually seeking the balance of nature, man and industry.
